40th Anniversary Light Show in Shenzhen, Nightly From Sept 28th-Dec 31st

Shenzhen's Central District Light Show officially launches tonight! If you can't make it, don't worry, performances are scheduled for every night until the end of the year.
The light show project was coodinated by the Municipal Urban Management Bureau, in order to celebrate the 40th anniversary of the reform and opening up of China. The Futian District Government organized the implementation of the lighting project with the theme of “Glorious New Era”.
A total of 43 buildings participate in the joint performance, that is divided into four chapters: the city of mountains and seas, the window of reform, the city of innovation, and the harmonious environment. The performance ends with “Shenzhen welcomes you” and shows the city of Shenzhen.
- Three times per night on Fridays, Saturdays and national holidays, at 19:30, 20:30, 21:30;
- Two times per night from Sunday to Thursday, at 20:00 and 21:00.
- In order to ensure the safety and order of the performances, the public security, traffic police and other departments will take control measures according to the situation of the people on the scene, and hope that the citizens and tourists will understand and cooperate.
- The parking spaces around the Civic Center Square are in short supply. The city asks that you choose public transportation and green travel when you go to watch.
