Shenzhen has a brand new park and it's a beauty! This one, the Shenzhen Talent Park, covers 770,000 square meters, including a 300,000-square-meter lake, a running track, self-service showers, free Wi-Fi and more.
The Shenzhen Talent Park officially opened on November 1, 2017, a day now officially dubbed the "Talent Day of Shenzhen". Shenzhen has designed the park to pay tribute to the talent and improve the quality of life of local residents.
The park is connected to the Coastal Recreation Belt of Shenzhen Bay and is located in Houhai, Nanshan District, east of Keyuan South Road, west of Shahe West Road, north of Dongbin Road and south of Haide 3rd Avenue.

There is a 2.7km running track in the park, a great place for a leisurely jog.
The Shenzhen Talent Park focus is on highlighting and respecting talent and the function of serving talents.
There are various sculpture gardens and talent walls throughout the park that all focus on the history of talent groups in Shenzhen.
The Talent Star Bridge, Talent Story Collection and Talent Experience Pavilion showcase outstanding talents spanning multiple time periods.
The Talent Park, with an abundance of scenic areas, is not only a talent theme park, but also a costal flower park and an ecological park.
The park's design concept follows through on Shenzhen's reputation as a world famous flower city, with a sea of flowers, river valley and reed marshes.
Shenzhen Talent Park has many amenities; including volunteer service stations, plastic cement race tracks, self-service showers, children playgrounds, a migratory bird island, lecture rooms, business centers, free Wi-Fi and mobile phone charging stations.
Shenzhen Talent Park is a shining pearl over the Shenzhen Bay, becoming a bright spot in the bay area of Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao.

How to Get There
If going by taxi, show them this address: 深圳人才公园. In Pinyin, it's Shenzhen RenCai Park.
The Park is connected to the new Binhai Promenade so you should be able to get there from Shekou via the promenade that begins by the coast near Sea World.
There are three bus stops nearby:
Liu Hua Shan Gongyuan 流花山公园 (Buses: 90, 123)
Nanshan Xingzheng Fuwu Zhongxin 南山行政服务中心 (Bus: B964)
Wanghai Dongbin Lukou 望海东滨路口 (Bus: M493)
The Nearest Metro Stations is Houhai, Line 2, Exit C; which is about 1km from the park.
Bin Huang, one of the most outstanding violinists from China, will perform Beethoven’s complete violin sonatas with Chinese pianist Yuan Sheng. This will be the first collaboration of the two prominent soloists and a rare chance for music lovers.
