KidsFest 2019 starts today with 9 Fantastic Shows for the Family!

KidsFest!, world-class theatre for young people, brings numerous theatrical shows from around the world to Hong Kong for two weeks; including some special performances over Chinese New Year. There are also some exciting new productions the whole family will enjoy including acrobatic and comedy shows.
We're Going On A Bear Hunt - January 11th - January 13th
The smash-hit production of We’re Going on a Bear Hunt returns vividly and noisily to KidsFest! in director Sally Cookson’s fun-filled adaptation set to Benji Bower’s versatile lively score, direct from the West End. Expect catchy songs, interactive scenes, plenty of adventure and a few surprises along the way! For children aged 3 and above and their families. The running time is approximately 55 minutes with no interval.
Shark In The Park - January 17th - January 20th
Timothy Pope is looking through his telescope – but wait, what's this he spies - is that a Shark, in the Park!? Room On The Broom - January 18th - January 20th

Private Peaceful - January 24th - January 26th
Private Peaceful relives the life of Private Tommo Peaceful, a young soldier awaiting the firing squad at dawn. During the night he looks back at his short but joyful past growing up in rural Devon. Wilde Creatures - February 1st - February 3rd
A motley crew of storytelling musicians bring Oscar Wilde’s classic fairy tales to life in Tall Stories’ magical new show, direct from London’s West End. Characters from The Happy Prince and other stories spring to life as the pompous mayor, the petulant princess and the love-sick student compete to become the new town statue.
